Age Restriction: 21, having held a full licence for at least one year. No maximum age.
Customers who are under 25 will be able to drive our vehicles but they will have to pay a surcharge of 2€ per day with a maximum charge of 28€ per rental. Customers who are 25 will not pay this surcharge. We have taken this decision given the high risk of accidents in customers of this age group.
Customers who have held the driving license for less than 4 years will also have to pay a fee of 2€ per day with a maximum charge of 28€ per rental.
Infant/Child Seats: 3 euros per day to a maximum of 36 euros. Must be requested at time of reservation, payable locally.
Fuel Policy: A full tank of petrol is provided and has to be paid for in euros on collection of your vehicle. Prices from ~ 36 euros. On return to the airport or office, leave the fuel level as low as possible.
Roof Racks: From 1st November 2005 roof racks will no longer be available for any car group.
Additional Driver: From 5 February 2009, all rentals will incur a charge for ALL additional drivers (maximum 3) of 2 Euros per day, with a maximum charge of 20 Euros
Out of Hours: Airports No Charge - Town Offices only normal office hours.
One-Way Hire: We will charge 25.00 Euros for all one-way rentals of less than 7 days. Rentals of 7 days or longer will still be free of charge.
Cross Border Policy: If clients wish to take the car to the south of France or Andorra (only clients who arrive at Gerona or Rues airport) we allow them to do so, but we will charge the clients an additional insurance of 8.00 Euros per day with a maximum charge of 50 Euros per rental.
If clients wish to take the car to Portugal or Gibraltar (only for clients who arrive at Almeria, Granada, Malaga, Jerez or Seville airport) we allow them to do so, but we will charge the clients an additional insurance of 8.00 Euros per day with a maximum charge of 50 Euros per rental.
Clients will be allowed to take their cars from Majorca to other Balearic Islands but they will be charged an additional insurance of 8.00 Euros per day with a maximum charge of 50 Euros per rental.
Please note that all the above additional insurance charges apply to the entire
rental periods, not just to the days when cars are taken to other countries or
islands.
Delivery/Collection: Airports No Charge - Town Offices normally no charge - All bookings with delivery to hotels or private addresses etc [pick-up or drop-off] will be subject to an additional charge of 30 euros each way, pre-paid by the client. No deliveries will be undertaken beyond 25kms from nearest office.
Driving Licence: The driving licence must be an original copy only. Photocopies and fax copies will NOT be accepted.
