What's Included (-top-)
All Acropolis R.A.C. rental rates include unlimited mileage, Third Party liability & property damages, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)-deductible 300 euros - groups A/B/C/D/E or 450 euros -groups F/F1/G (damage to tyres, windshields, windows, interior and underneath of the vehicle are not covered by the CDW); taxes (VAT 18%), delivery & collection of the reserved vehicle at Arcopolis offices & airports during office hours (08:00 - 21:00); substitution of the rented vehicle in case of mechanical breakdown anywhere on the mainland and islands; roadmap of Greece.

What's not Included (-top-)
Full tank of petrol at start of rental, return full.
Delivery & Collection charges of the reserved vehicle at: airports between 21:00-08:00 - extra charge of 25 euros (VAT included); harbours, marines and railway stations - 25 euros (VAT included); to/from hotels in towns - 18 euros (VAT included); to/from hotels outside the towns upto 30kms - 35 euros (VAT included), out of city charges 0.8 euros/km for all groups (VAT included)

NB One way rentals are not applicable, unless otherwise agreed and specifically mentioned on the voucher form. Right for the renter to waive the deductable excess (that is his/her liability upto 300 euros-groups A/B/C/D/E or 450 euros - groups F/F1/G (VAT included) ; Theft Protection (TCP) available at 5.00 euros per day (VAT included); Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) available at 5.00 euros per day (VAT included); baby seats, luggage racks, snow chains and Additional Driver[s] are all available at 6.00 euros each per day (VAT included) subject to confirmation and availability.

Other Conditions(-top-)
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is covering the damages of Acropolis's vehicle provided the renter is driving in accordance with the traffic laws. Reservations are accepted for vehicle groups and not specific types. However Acropolis will make every effort to reserve a specific type of vehicle only whenever this can be possible. All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel (unleaded), which is not included in the rates. Clients are advised to return the rented vehicle with a full tank and to return the vehicle at the same time of delivery to avoid misunderstandings, since Acropolis rental agent will charge the balance or the delayed return according to the company's standard evaluation. A deposit of 300 euros is required upon delivery of the vehicle to cover any excess cost that may occur during the rental period (such as fuel difference, damage cost, traffic fines, etc). However it is strongly recommended that the client carry there major credit card in order to waive the above - mentioned deposit.

Drivers Age (-top-)
You must be over 21 years and have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 12 months. Maximum age restriction is 65.

Provision of Cars (-top-)
Please note that suppliers can refuse to provide a vehicle to any customer who is, in their opinion, unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances your contract with us will terminate immediately, and we will have no further liability to you.

Flight Information (-top-)
For airport pick ups, it is essential that Link-Car Rental is given the correct flight number and arrival time, before departure. If this is not available at the time of booking, please ensure that you inform us of this at least 7 days prior to departure. If the information is not provided in time, no responsibility can be accepted or compensation allowed for a failed rental.
Driving Licence (-top-)
Drivers must produce a full driving licence held for at least one year. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate driving licence. No refunds will be given for rentals rejected due to non-production of a driving licence. Faxed or photocopied licences are not acceptable.
Number of Passengers (-top-)
Our rental cars are insured for a maximum number of passengers. Link-Car Rental cannot accept responsibility if the vehicle is not large enough to fit all passengers and luggage on arrival if details were not supplied at the time of booking.
Car Type/Suitability (-top-)
Link-Car Rental is unable to guarantee a particular make or model of car. the car shown on your voucher is for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost). If you are dissatisfied in any way with the standard of the car, you must advise the local supplier immediately.
Cancellation/Amendment Fees (-top-)
Amendments to a booking will be subject to a £10 amendment fee. all cancellations must be made in writing (and vouchers returned) and will take effect from the date received by Link-Car Rental. There is no charge for cancellation.

Mechanical Difficulties/Accidents (-top-)
In the event of any mechanical difficulties or accidents involving your car, it is important that details are reported to your local supplier within 24 hours. You must also complete an accident form by the end of the rental period. Local police should also be notified in the case of accidents and a signed police report obtained. Full details of third parties should also be obtained. authority to repair or replace a vehicle must be given by your local supplier whose name and contact details are shown on your voucher and rental agreement. You should retain copies of all rental documentation in the event an insurance company is involved. Compensation cannot be considered when this procedure is not followed. A checkout form must be signed on return of the vehicle. Failure to do so may delay the investigation of disputes regarding insurance excess charges.
