Insurance: Fully comprehensive, but tyres, wheels, lost keys, undercarriage & interior of car are not covered. In case of damage, the Hirer is liable for such items.
An extra charge will be applied if special cleaning of car is required (minimum charge 30 Euros).
Airport Collection: Office in Arrival Hall[s] 07.00-23.00. No charge during office hours.
No Hotel Deliveries possible. No returns to Tenerife North Airport.
Cars can only be taken to other islands with an additional insurance of 8 Euros per day for the entire rental period.
All vehicles must be collected & returned to the respective airport locations; no collections or deliveries will be possible on either island.
Out of Hours: Collections after 23.00 are possible on request at an additional local charge of 30 Euros (tax inc) per car. Flight numbers essential.
Late Returns: Will be penalised 20 Euros per day + daily rental rate (if not properly extended).
Age Restriction: 21, having held a full licence for at least one year. No maximum age.
Infant/Child Seats: 2.50 euros per day to a maximum of 30 euros. Must be requested at time of reservation, payable locally.
Fuel Policy: The Client receives the car 'Full' and must return the car 'Empty'. No refund for un-used fuel.
For bookings of 3 days or less, Clients credit card is credited with equivalent value of fuel left in tank.
Roof Racks: Not available.
Additional Driver: 2 Euros per day (tax inc) per driver, per rental, with a maximum charge of 10 Euros (tax inc).
One-Way Hire: Not available.
Driving Licence: The driving licence must be an original copy only. Photocopies and fax copies will NOT be accepted.
Rate Also Includes: Unlimited mileage - Fully Comprehensive Insurance (no excess) - Personal Insurance - IGIC.
All other terms and conditions
will be the same as on the Spanish mainland.
